ARRIVALS:
Since parking is restricted at our venue, we will be picking you up in small shuttles at the Wm. Farmer & Sons Hotel & St. Charles Hotel. You can find your shuttle pick-up assignments HERE.
The shuttles have limited capacity (24 ppl max), so it's important to remember which shuttle you are taking, Shuttles A, B, or C. If you miss your shuttle, please call Steph (631) 974-5940, who will set you up with emergency transportation.
If you are missing from the list, then we discussed that you will be arriving early (meaning you are either family, part of the wedding party, or helping plan logistics for the day). If you were not asked to arrive early and are missing from the shuttle pick-up assignments, please email us!
DEPARTURES:
Shuttles will depart starting 10pm. If this is a problem for anyone, again please email us.
